'Casa Madden' offers very special self contained accommodation in a unique area near to Marbella on the Costa del Sol. Cabopino yacht marina, with it's many restaurants, beach bars and large family beach with sheltered bay for swimming and water sports, is just a few minutes walk. The tranquil house and gardens are an uplifting haven with views across natural sand dunes to the sea. The dunes are now designated a nature preservation area and have a variety of bird life, native wild flowers and maritime pines. There is a choice of good local beach restaurants and chiringuitos with views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Riff Mountains of Morocco. 'Casa Madden' is conveniently situated in a quiet area halfway between Marbella, just 10 minutes away, and Fuengirola. The exclusive Puerto Banus yacht marina is just 20 minutes away. A good choice of local golf courses and shops. So if you are looking to relax all day or intersperse walking, golfing or shopping, 'Casa Madden' is a perfect base, away from the tourist hot spots and with a unique feeling of privacy and well being. LOCAL TRANSPORT There is an excellent bus service, within walking distance, ideal for local travel and sightseeing. Malaga airport is just 35 minutes by car. There is an excellent frequent coach service from the airport direct to Marbella bus station (price 4 euros). Also a good rail link from the airport to Fuengirola. Airport collection and delivery available on request, price 95 euros / 84 gbp. Gibraltar is a 45 minute drive, where you can also take a Dolphin Safari.
