We went to Marbella, Spain, because it is just a few hours from Portugal.
This is a very good place to have vacations.

Miss Jane Gould is a wonderful person, with huge hospitality skills and so
much helpful! This was the best vacations in my whole life and I'm glad to
say: Miss Jane Gould helped me with all doubts that I had.

I recommend Jane's place to have great vacations.

"Wow fantastic Setting, Wonderful people"

Wow what a special holiday. The place was amazing so peaceful, relaxing and
a little piece of paradise. Jane and Derek were wonderful hosts and could
not have done more for us. If it wasn't for the warmest welcome ever, their
expertise and knowledge our holiday would not have been the same. They were
on hand when needed but never intrusive.

We would also recommend most definately hirng a car and again through Jane
by using her homeowners club code with Helli Hollis we got the best deal
from them and they were very professional and we have nothing but praise for
their service.

The Garden Cottage was such a home from home. The views were superb and the
roof terrace is so lovely for a quiet chilled out afternoon in the sun.

Once again thank you Jane & Derek for a very special holiday. Ps Say hello
to Frankie, Bo & Bodie we miss them.

Pps We have been on holiday many times but have never felt the need to write
a review but this holiday was so special we have written our first.

My husband and I were taken care of like we were dear relatives. No fuss but attentive and caring. We were collected at the airport like family, not clients and it was uphill from there.

The facilities were perfectly appointed, again, no fuss but comfortable and spotless. The location is right by the dunes and in a residential area, so extremely quiet which is what we were after. Restaurants were a good walk away, few choices but delicious. We were so comfortable and pleasantly surprised as the premises are much better than they appear in photographs. The beach on the other side of the dunes is lovely white sand and clear water, all very clean. We are planning our next visit!

Casa Madden is a wonderful place for an overnight stay or weeks in Spain. Jane is the perfect hostess., being sure you arrive safely and greeting you with a tour of the beautiful and spacious and graciously accommodated apartment. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Marbella, if you want to get a true sense of the community and its environs.

U.S. folks will be delighted with a stay here. You'll feel taken care of from the emails when you reserve , right through the careful directions to the Casa to a wonderful relaxing view of the Mediterranean. If you're wondering where to stay that is not the "resort", this is THE PLACE!

´Casa Madden´ is peaceful with idyllic garden, bird song wakes you up. The Garden Cottage is very clean; beds are excellent, service considerate and courteous. The aromatherapy massage provides an immediate sense of relief, of letting go, it is done with skill and in harmony.

We loved being here!! The house is perfect as to size and facilities, all we needed, and a wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings, all you need is nearby and many daytrips to sights are possible. We enjoyed our stay very much and we are sure to be back another time.
