Gibralter is a 45 minute drive, where you can take a dolphin safari or visit the barbary macaques.

 

Also culinary classes, wine and olive tasting, boat excursions and dolphin watching.

 

Traditional Flamenco Andalus in Marbella Old Town, Andalusian dancing horses, horseback riding excursions beachside or mountainside.

 

During the winter months there is snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada, about 2 hours away. There is year round golf with a selection of good local golf courses complete with rental of all golfing equipment.
